While your new home is being constructed in the factory, not only are there additional inspections from an outside third party inspection agency and higher quality control, but our building materials are never exposed to the elements. At this stage, the site and basement utilities get done, the heating system is installed (if not factory completed) and the concrete and yard work are done. In the final stage, the interior finish will be completed between the modular sections, this will include finishing floor seams, marriage wall doors and jambs, and drywall and paint touch up. Most modular homes will be done within approximately 6 weeks of delivery and ready for you to enjoy!
