While your new home is being constructed in the factory, not only are there additional inspections from an outside third party inspection agency and higher quality control, but our building materials are never exposed to the elements. Impresa Modular builds custom homes. While we may have thousands of standard home plans to review, we rarely build with them. Our prospective home buyers will use those plans as a “good start” towards designing their own custom home plan or they will supply us with a custom house plan from a different source. Some will use our free design tool and create their own house plan for us to “modularize” and use it to build their custom home. We are exclusive partners with a major custom house plan company, Architectural Designs, which makes available in excess of 28,000 custom house plans. We have joined with them to develop a modular friendly custom home plan collection that gives you access to thousands of plans that can be purchased and built using modular construction.

There is really no such thing as a modular home. Modular is a construction technique, not a type of home.
