In my work, I manage client and vendor relationships, manage to budgets, adhere to timelines, and perform complex problem solving to ensure projects cross the finish line on time and within budget. My role as Field Operations Manager has allowed me to gain in-depth knowledge of the intricacies of all facets of construction and to understand the impact each trade has on each other and the overall outcome of a project. My role has also allowed me to foster strong relationships with many of the DC area’s top architectural and engineering firms to ensure alignment between the architectural vision and the constructability of one’s design.
I pride myself on my ability to schedule and sequence work. This skillset allows me to proactively manage projects from start to finish adjust to accommodate the unexpected, while still being able to deliver the project to client expectations. I approach each job with the goal of developing an open and upfront relationship with each my clients and to keep them apprised of every aspect of their project.
I have spent the past 15 years working as a Senior Manager for a large General Contractor in the DC Metro area managing construction projects for clients throughout the complete life cycle of a project from Design & Preconstruction, Bidding, and Construction through Closeout. During that time, I have managed and built over 100 projects totaling almost 2 million SF of space over $200 million dollars in total value.
My responsibilities as a manager have included design feasibility & constructability studies, budgeting, permitting, bidding, value engineering, sustainability, LEED, submittal and RFI processing, material procurement, leading weekly owner/architect/contractor and subcontractor meetings, owner vendor coordination, contract and budget management, scheduling, delay mitigation, change order management, work-in-progress reporting, problem solving, and conflict resolution. Most importantly, my biggest responsibility as a Project Lead was to ensure effective communication was maintained throughout the project life cycle between all project stakeholders.

Your Impresa Modular home is constructed from the inside out, in a controlled environment. Drywall seams, outlet joints and other openings can be sealed tight before being enclosed in outer walls. Our centralized construction process also allows us to conduct more detailed and frequent quality-assurance inspections than would be feasible with an on-site home.
When you are waiting to move into your new home, you want it completed as soon as possible. On average, a traditional on-site constructed house can take six to ten months, severely disrupting a family’s life.
