Your Impresa Modular home is constructed from the inside out, in a controlled environment. Drywall seams, outlet joints and other openings can be sealed tight before being enclosed in outer walls. Our centralized construction process also allows us to conduct more detailed and frequent quality-assurance inspections than would be feasible with an on-site home.

When you are waiting to move into your new home, you want it completed as soon as possible. On average, a traditional on-site constructed house can take six to ten months, severely disrupting a family’s life. An Impresa Modular home can be completed in half that time, getting you into your new home considerably faster!
