Impresa Modular is one of the fastest growing providers of modular homes to retail customers nationwide. We are looking for PROVEN Sales professionals to help grow our northeast region.
The ideal candidate will live in the NY or CT area and must be a dependable, quick learner, with strong people skills and a creative problem solver. Strong computer skills are required. The individual should be ambitious and possess both Modular Home Sales AND Field Construction experience. This position is an at-home job with flexibility of hours. Candidate must have the highest level of ethics and integrity.

In addition to the above, the Outside Sales Manager will be required to have their own computer with high-speed internet access. Mobile phone access is required; an unlimited calling plan is recommended. Choose your own hours but weekdays during prime business hours are recommended.
Expectations from you about the company:
We will provide business cards, marketing material, web-based CRM and email, backend, sales & administrative support. Ideally, 1-2 deals will close a month, but there will be some months with no sales and other months with 3, 4, or more closed. Working full time (approx. 35-45 hours a week) your earnings could range in $80-$100K, to earn $100K+ is real and is dependent on your drive for success. This position pays commission only and is a function of your organizational skills, industry knowledge, and customer management ability.
